Override

John Vale has spent two years documenting what AEQUITAS does to people: how a score becomes a restriction, how a record becomes a sentence, and how a public system can remove responsibility by calling every outcome a calculation.

Now the evidence itself is changing. Official files are revised, reclassified, and returned to the public record with the authority of truth. Appeals fail because the documents supporting them have been altered. Witnesses are discredited by histories they never lived.

Override is the third novel in the AEQUITAS series, a dystopian legal thriller about evidence, truth, institutional power, and the cost of resisting an official reality.
